I am not afraid to accept a theory or concept by relying primarily on the scientific consensus. In the late 50s and early 60s, Canadian scientific innovation was at its peak. Led by Avro Canada's Arrow Interceptor and Atomic Energy of Canada's (AECL) nuclear program, Canada was a major player in developing world-renowned, cutting-edge technology.
